Registration:
If your .HU domain name is still available, you can register it without any restrictions whether you are a company, organization or private individual. However the owner must reside within one of the European Union states.
If you are a company registered outside the European Union, you can register a
.HU with our
domain trustee service.
Also the administrative contact must reside in hungary !. If you meet the requirements above but don’t have an address in hungary, NETIM can be your local representative contact with our
local presence service.
In order to complete the registration, the owner must sign an application form for domain registration in .HU and sent it back to NETIM. The registration will not be accepted if the document is not provided. (NETIM will provide this document prefilled by e-mail)
If the requested domain name corresponds to the name of the owner (company or trademark), the registration can be made in priority (2 days), otherwise the new domain name is published in a waiting list before being validated (14 days).
Renewal:
A renewal extends the domain name for one year. Renewal procedures must be carried out before the domain's expiration date otherwise the domain will be removed. During the 60 days following the removal, the domain owner can register the domain to get back online.

There are no special conditions for registering .CO.HU domain names. It is intended for use by commercial enterprises and businesses but it is a fully opened domain.
In other words, if your .CO.HU domain name is still available, you can register it without any restrictions whether you are a company, organization or private individual. You do not need to reside in one of the European Union states (compared to .HU)
The administrative contact must reside in Hungary !
