When you request a transfer for your .DK domain name to NETIM, the procedure below is followed. After transfer, we become the registrar of your domain name.

The transfer is free of charge because this operation doesn't include a domain name renewal. You will benefit from all our services until the expiration of the domain name, when you will have to renew it.

Requirements:

The transfer of a .DK domain name consists of changing the billing contact for our registrar ID at the registry. It can be performed directly by the domain owner onto the registry's website or requested by NETIM.

Once connected into the registrant's website, click onto your domain name. Click on "change Billing contact" and enter REG-937651. The billing contact is changed for NETIM and you can send us an email in order to confirm us the change. The domain name will added to your account

You can transfer your domain whenever you want, no need to wait for the expiration in order to complete the domain transfer.

• Deadline for transfer: 2 or 3 days before expiration of the domain name
• Best date for transfer: Not less than 1 week before expiration of the domain name
• After the transfer: Your domain name's expiration date will not be changed.
