Registration:

There are no special conditions for registering .COM.UA domain names. If your .COM.UA domain name is still available, you can register it without any restrictions whether you are a company, organisation or private individual. You do not need to reside in Ukraine or, for companies, to be set up in Ukraine.

Renewal:

A renewal extends the domain name for one year. Renewal procedures must be carried out before the domain's expiration date otherwise the domain will removed.
